Porter

Maintain grounds, amenities, building exteriors, and common areas while ensuring our communities always look their best. Responsibilities include removing trash daily from office areas, laundry rooms, shared spaces, and community perimeters, as well as assisting with cleaning and preparing market-ready units, including trash-outs. This role also supports the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager while providing excellent customer service to residents and the community.

$18 - $22 per hour

 

Apartment Remodeler

Maintenance Technician Level 2

$25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Maintenance Technician Level 3

Perform property maintenance and troubleshooting, including electrical, appliance, and structural work, while completing unit renovations and full remodels such as flooring, drywall, kitchens, and bathrooms. Handle carpentry, painting, door hardware, and safety checks, and support unit turnovers to ensure homes are ready for new residents. This position requires 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience, preferably in residential or multi-family properties, along with strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills. Must be able to work independently, lift up to 50 lbs., work in varying conditions, and travel as needed.

$28.00-$35.00 per hour
