Jocelyn Chase, a licensed California broker, joined The Apartment Company in the late 1990s to lead our acquisitions in San Diego & Nevada multi-family markets. She currently heads investor relations and leads The Apartment Company’s equity and debt strategies, with responsibility for capital formation structuring. In her role, Chase has assisted in raising more than $60 million in equity. With more than 20 years of experience in multifamily transactions, Chase also oversees acquisition & disposition opportunities through San Diego, CA & Reno, NV, and loan refinancing strategies, spearheading the successful closing of over $190 million in capital events. She is a graduate of UCLA with an economics degree and a former UCLA and USA pole vaulter.
